Prices

Classes and workshops must be purchased and booked in advance through the booking calendar.

Payments can be made via mobile payment, card payment, or online bank transfer.

We accept the following exercise benefits as mobile payments: Edenred, Smartum, Epassi, and Eazybreak.

To pay using an exercise benefit, search for Dia-Yoga in your service provider’s mobile application. Once you have made the payment through the app, create a customer account in our booking system if you don’t already have one. Additionally, please send me a message at diana@dia-yoga.com / +358403601475. In the message, include your name, the payment amount, which card you wish to pay for with the benefit, and your phone number. I will respond promptly and load the benefit to your account for use.

Booking Terms

Bookings are binding. If you fail to attend or cancel your booking, the price of a single class will be charged, or one visit will be deducted from your class pass.

Cancellations must be made no later than five (5) hours before the class starts. Cancellations can be done by logging into the system. Your visit will be returned to your card, and you can book a new time.

If fewer than four participants are signed up for a class, I reserve the right to cancel it. Notifications of cancellations will be sent via email at least five hours before the class, and the visit will be returned to your card.

In the event of a sudden instructor illness, the class may be canceled with a minimum of five hours' notice, even if there are more than four participants. You will receive a notification via email, and the payment or visit will be refunded.

Workshops and mini-retreats must be canceled at least 24 hours before the event. In this case, the payment or visit can be refunded.

 

Card Terms

By making a booking or purchasing a prepaid card, you agree to the following terms:

• You can use single and series cards to make bookings for other people as well.

• Single card: valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Prepaid 10x card: valid for 40 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Prepaid 5x card: valid for 30 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Workshop card: valid for 40 weeks from the date of purchase.

 

General Terms

The yoga studio is not responsible for damages, injuries, illnesses, or lost valuables that occur on the premises. All practice is done at your own risk.

If the studio must be closed for a compelling reason (e.g., a pandemic, fire), we reserve the right to transfer classes online or to alternative premises.
