Past eight years I have brought corporate yoga to several international businesses in Australia and Finland. Yoga and mindfulness encourages employees to live more balanced lives at work and home.

How does this work?

  • Corporate Yoga is offered in the workplace.

  • Companies choose the time that fits their employees best, either early mornings, lunch time or after work.

  • Yoga lessons are 45-60 min.
  • Lessons are in English or Finnish

  • No experience needed, ideal for beginners and experienced yoga participants.

  • Classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group.

There are several packages available, from one time event to 1-lesson a week. Or a day workplace health promotion day at Finnish archipelago. I will prepare a package suitable for your needs.
